Biology & Biotechnology labs are the heart for undergraduate biomedical science concentrators. Our labs are a great place for students which help them enhance their learning by doing and understanding the theoretical concepts of biological science which are taught in classrooms, such as general biology, cell biology, microbiology and biochemistry. To make the study of Biology livelier, these labs have a well-equipped Biology laboratory with microscopes, preserved specimens, slides, models and bio-visual charts which emphasis on developing scientific temper among students. In the Biology labs, the students are encouraged to learn through experiments and understand various concepts beyond their books away from the conventional classroom teaching. Students enjoy performing experiments as they learn something new from the results. Department of Biology & Biotechnology has 6 laboratories. Also, it consists one laboratory used for research.
