Department of applied chemistry has 5 laboratories used for teaching the major students in addition to the service courses for other faculties in the university. Also it consists one laboratory used for research. The infrastructure in these labs was build up in the way and simulates the international laboratories. These includes the good ventilation through a huge numbers of fume hoods, instruments, glass ware and all chemicals needed to carry out the chemical reactions in order to approve the theoretical chemical reactions. The department depends on 9 (Full time) instructors and 3to 5 (part time ) instructors. Finally the department has 2 (full time) technicians and 2 to 3 ( part time) to arrange, prepare and help in doing the experiments.
